Maximising our positive impact on society

We’re passionate about helping people imagine and achieve a better future for themselves. We do that through the coaching and training we provide, nurturing self-belief and empowering people to walk in their purpose. But we wanted to do more, so we teamed up with B1G1 to make a difference to people’s lives across the world.

Giving regularly brings greater meaning and purpose to what we do, helping us create a much more wide-reaching social legacy.

We have identified over 40 projects around the world, aligned with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, that we want to support through B1G1. All of these contribute to enabling communities and future generations to flourish.

What does this mean?

Our success sends positive ripples around the world:

Every time a delegate attends one of our open enrolment training sessions, £1 of the fee will go towards healthcare training for a kindergarten teacher, early education for disadvantaged children or building a school.
Every time we run coaching sessions, we will give £5 to support an early childhood development programme, to provide education and skills training for disadvantaged young people or to help a social entrepreneur.
Every time we receive a referral that turns into a valuable customer, we will give £10 to provide families with business training, young adults with English workshops or disadvantaged woman with access to an income-generating tool.
Every time we run an intact training session for an organisation, £15 will go towards ICT and internet access for students, English classes to improve career opportunities or tools and training for farmers.
Every time we sign up a new customer for training admin support, we will give £20 to provide sustainable agriculture training for rainforest families, business training for farmers in developing countries or medical care for a child in need.
