Margaret Gardner

Margaret Gardner

Margaret is a seasoned operations and learning and development professional, with over 30 years’ experience. She is passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives through learning and helping them succeed. She is skilled at managing remote teams and the delivery of training programmes, both in the UK and internationally.

Margaret is the founding president of The Rotary Club of Reading Thames, a club set up during the Covid-19 pandemic with the aim of providing support to charities and communities struggling as a result of lockdown. She is also an active director of Ethical Reading, a social enterprise whose mission is to embed ethics into the way people live and work in Reading.

His interest is in supporting individuals and organisations to:

He is passionate about maximising potential through promoting wellbeing and resilience and preventing and managing stress.


Rachel (UK)

Rachel works with professionals to help them develop a confident personal brand, so they can communicate their own value with greater confidence and make more impact personally and professionally.

Rachel has a vision of a world where women and the feminine style of management become more significant and more highly valued alongside the more results-driven masculine style.


Gerald (Singapore)

Gerald is an leadership facilitator and coach with over 30 years of experience applying his skills in various aspects of organisational and human resource development. 

He is highly regarded for his creative, practical approach and extremely versatile, being skilled in the adoption of different learning methodologies across a variety of industries and cultures. His key focus is on transfer of learning to real-life applications in the workplace, resulting in optimal learning and ongoing change. 

Gerald is bilingual in English and Mandarin and speaks fluent Cantonese.


Dorothy (South Africa)

Dorothy is an experienced HR consultant who has worked for customers in sectors including hospitality, financial, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and printing. 

She has worked on projects involving organisation design, performance management, diversity awareness and reward management. 

Dorothy is also a seasoned facilitator and trainer and is certified in psychometric testing.



Maryam (UK)

As a behavioural neuroscientist, Maryam helps professionals and businesses put tools into practice that improve leadership and team performance, promote productivity and build resilience to stress. 

She applies the latest findings in brain science and its impact on our lives and work to help people improve their behaviour through understanding. 


Anton (Netherlands)

Anton is a certified MMS (Motivation Management Service) coach. He partners with his clients to help them cope with transitions, stress, health issues and work and relationships challenges. He helps them to discover the ‘why’ and move on from there, to reach their desired outcomes and objectives.

Living in the Netherlands, he speaks fluent English and Dutch. He is internationally orientated and loves working with people across the globe with different backgrounds and cultures.


Jessica (Netherlands)

Jessica is an experienced coach and leadership development facilitator. She has decades of business experience, spanning multiple sectors, focused on supporting individuals, leaders, and teams to thrive with head, heart and humour.

Jessica is licensed to administer and interpret the full Hogan Leadership Suite, the Hogan 360° feedback tool, Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC) and Behavioural Style Profile assessment. She is also a certified to administer Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centred Feedforward process.
